I have had the worst experience leasing a car from this dealership. I have been repeatedly lied to (about the options I was receiving), cheated (I signed a deal and then they tried to raise my payments by dealership. I have been repeatedly lied to (about the options I was receiving), cheated (I signed a deal and then they tried to raise my payments by 200 dollars), yelled at and threatened by a service employee (he yelled it was my fault for brining the car in for service because I didn't consult the owners manual then threatened to charge me for the loaner car), and ignored when I call about items that I've ordered that they owe me. I can't even believe they're in business. More

Hi everyone i like to share my 7-8 visits for tyre swap and pucher repair experience. I went to mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking went back for inspe and pucher repair experience. I went to mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking went back for inspection and they told me my rotor are gone car wasn't driven for 45k so under warranties and all they changed the rotors and made scratches on the body then i left the car for 2 day to do the paint on that area. I am glad that they painted, and buffed the scratched body and rims but still the rims have scratches and those multiples visits and experience with the staff those conversations loss of my time. I dont feel it worth paying that money to tyre swap it could be cheaper outside and the whole experience was not so proffesional. More

I purchased a used SUV (2020 Mazda CX-5) through Anthony at Agincourt Mazda. Anthony was true to his word in getting things done on time and with his communications. This dealership sold me a certified pre-owned that was riddled with issue that I eventually returned it to them after after 33 days of owning it. I drove the car for about 20 days total coz it spent the m riddled with issue that I eventually returned it to them after after 33 days of owning it. Be extremely careful, read every word on your contract before you sign! I found $3000.00 extra charge on my contract which I did not agreed with. Fortunately, I found it before signature and dealer remove before you sign! I found $3000.00 extra charge on my contract which I did not agreed with. Stay Away from financial manager Muhmmad Asi. he will rip you off if you are not careful like I said above. He is the worst I ever seen. I put one star mainly for him. It is not specifically about dealership even the employees are not good. When i say believe the reviews. Believe it, it is real. Even though they removed some of the charges but we still end up paying 2000 dollar on top. When we picked up the car we found windshield chip and rusty rotors. But the problem is they did not even mention to us. We called them they said it is already there and some other xxxxxxxx. such, a fake people. If you still somehow end up to this dealer please stay away from Nomaan Bozai as your sale person and muhammad asi as finance manager. They are terrible at their job in sense of serving customer and lie to your face. But they are good at making money by ripping off customer. They will not return your calls or text and email after they done the deal. Man, these guy need to be fired. As, my advise please stay away from this dealership all together. I wish i would have checked the reviews before going there. I usually do not write reviews but they force me to because i do not want anybody else to be their victims. More

Absolutely disgusted with the service booked appointment to view a vehicle they assured me it was available. Drove one hour and 40 minutes to view greeted at the door told that car is sold but one is avail to view a vehicle they assured me it was available.
