Disappointing service! Was in the market for a SanteFe and arrived at this dealership through a recommendation from a friend who was also in the market for the same. Experie Was in the market for a SanteFe and arrived at this dealership through a recommendation from a friend who was also in the market for the same. Experienced many surprises and poor service. First, I was offered $5000 for my trade in and mysteriously on the invoice, its marked as $4,000. When inquired, they said the $5,000 was inclusive of taxes. Luckily this was not my first time car buying experience. Secondly, I purchased a 2015 clear-out and the model I signed up for had a running board installed. I was not advised that the boards are not included when I signed up. Upon arriving to pick up vehicle, I noticed that the boards were removed. When inquired, I was told... "Oh... they are extra". Asked to speak to the manager on duty.. (wait for it)... the manager on duty refused to come down to talk to me because the manager that dealt with me was off. Talk about customer service at it's peak! Lastly, when i called to confirm pick up (called in the afternoon to confirm pick up in the evening), I was told the vehicle was not ready because I submitted insurance late and plates are not ready. A courtesy call from the sales person would have helped so I could have planned my day better. But to their credit, they made things work for pick up as scheduled. All in all, my experience was not the best! I would advise those who are doing any business with the dealer to double/triple check the paperwork and do not assume anything. The dealer seems to have mastered the art of "pulling a quick one". Returned to Service bay a week later, for a follow up to have the running boards installed and that was another chaotic experience. To end on a positive note, love the vehicle! Moved my service to Stouffville Hyundai... much better/professional service so far. Will wait and see how that goes. More

A dealership that LIES. Dealt with the Sales manager Sami to purchase a used vehicle. Had it in writing from him that he would price match any price we found. He wouldn’t. He said he had the best prices in the province. 2 other dealers were cheaper. They were quick to hand us the Car Report but I found out the next day Car Reports do not show accidents or damages NOT reported. When we brought home the vehicle the back door was broken and because it wasn’t on our contact when we purchased he wouldn’t repair it at his cost. Car detailing wasn’t done properly ‘that’s the best we can do’. I have taken it elsewhere to be repaired and properly detailed. Now I found out that CTV NEWS did an article on dealerships and Agincourt Hyundai FAILED for lying about previous vehicle damages and overcharging on phantom fees. My trust in THIS dealership has failed. More

That's when i started checking out auto trader and started calling around. Which was what initially brought me to Agincourt Hyundai, they had 3 options of exactly what i was looking for, but when i called ahead i found out that 2 of the 3 had already been sold. This made sense, they were very fairly priced. The rep asked for my information and I hesitantly gave it thinking i was out of luck with this dealership anyway. That afternoon, i received a voice message and a text (thank you for speaking my language) saying that exactly the vehicle i wanted was back on the market (sorry for whoever's financing didn't come through). I met with the rep that day, Miraj Ahmed and took a test drive. He was kind and courteous, he knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions. He was very upfront with all the information he did know about the previous lease and i really appreciated that. I also appreciated the communication throughout the process - from payment to pickup times he was very helpful. What's better is within 5 days and that includes a long holiday weekend i was driving around in my very affordable, very clean, Hyundai Elantra GT... in just my colour. I guess the only reason i didn't give this a 5 star rating, despite that fact that i wouldn't have this amazing car if i didn't get that call back, I still would have appreciated a better deal, but that's not on Miraj. Thanks again! More
rejected to get my santa fe checked for rattles i owned several cars in the past SUVs and sedans - all quiet cabins bumpy roads or not. Sante Fe is great but there's rattling nose at the rear. Service guy thinks i am dumb enough to believe it is NORMAL - LOL - they rejected my request to have it checked, claiming they are trained professionals trying to make me believe it is normal. Cars simply doesn't rattle if without an issue specially if the vehicle is new. Went to a small family owned car repair shop in Kingston road - mechanic there drove my car for few mins went back fixed the rear hatch and voila! quiet again! very simple issue they refused to diagnose. More
Friendly and quick service I had decided to try out this dealership to do some service on my 2013 accent after having a few issues with the other local hyundais around them. By far the best service ive had, after going to 5 different dealers. They were able to fix my car in the same day, and shuttle me to and from work. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and polite, and Seng had taken care of all my issues. Good job, keep it up More

Before coming in we asked if they approve foreign workers, the salesperson said no problem so we drove over. We signed a great deal for a car and put down a deposit. Then finance told us that we would not be approved for the agreed upon price and the new price almost doubled the payments. We tried to tell them that we did not want the car anymore and wanted out deposit back since it was not the price we signed for. We stated how upset we were that we were deceived. They tried to talk down the price to my husband, but when I called to say no, we did not want the car, which was in my name, they told me to talk to my husband. I never felt more disrespected. We still have had not received our deposit back and every time we call, the blame and the issue is placed on another person. The lack of professionalism has put a very bad taste in my mouth. Will never go back. More
WORST SERVICE I had my car(2015 Elantra) left for the whole day for installing a 2 way remote starter installed here. Function works when the key is in ignition.
