They took me in on a busy day and within an hour he had my blue link issue fixed and I was able to reuse my remote specially from Farhad is amazing. Agincourt Hyundai service department is very prompt at answering the phone. I was suck in the snow outside yesterday and my key fob stopped working. I called and luckily I was answered by Farhad.
