False promises & lack of business ethics Never ever buy your car from this dealership. They do make a lot of promises but they don't deliver. The salesperson Mr.Miraj promised me that he would be providing me with add ons and on the day of the delivery of the car he just asked me when did I commit any of the ad ons. He said I didn't have anything in writing and then he stated to me whether I had a recording of the conversation with me where he committed the ad ons.I was like do people seriously record conversations when they go to buy a product or service? That's RIDICULOUS. I personally feel that this place lacks business ethics and they don't know to honor their word or commitment. Would request everyone to just stay away from this dealership. I couldn't rate them less than 1 or else I would have given them a 0 star rating. Stay Safe,Drive Safe. More

Poor organization in service delivery timing/shuttle Brought the car in at 8 a.m. Requested a shuttle AT THAT TIME for as soon as my car was ready, as I had to pick up my daughter from a school event lat Brought the car in at 8 a.m. Requested a shuttle AT THAT TIME for as soon as my car was ready, as I had to pick up my daughter from a school event later that day and needed to plan transportation one way or the other. Called dealership shortly after 4 pm; car was to be ready at 4:45 but suddenly no shuttle was available until 5:30 or beyond!! Was put on hold and then got hung up on with NO CALL BACK even though they knew my number. VERY POOR customer service in this respect. Did not ONCE get any kind of an apology or admission of misorganization - just got ATTITUDE. More

Their service department is the worst There was nothing wrong with their sales dept. Ranya was very helpful. BUT what I don't like is service dept. I called them and addressed the problem and no one helped me even the manager... they just ignore me. And then a few days after, they'll call me to know how's their service. I told them that their service sucks ! And told the lady to have the manager call me. GUESS what nobody called me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT. This dealership should be rated NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. Don't go there EVER More
