I took a recently acquired used GMC truck in to clear two pending recall notices. When the recall work was done (within the hour as promised) and I was about to leave, I discovered that Addison had also done pending recall notices. When the recall work was done (within the hour as promised) and I was about to leave, I discovered that Addison had also done a complimentary alignment check, diagnostic check and brake stopping test, had vacuumed the interior and cleaned the floor mats, and given the truck a free wash. During the hour, I also got some helpful info from a guy on the Parts desk, and had a cordial and informative visit with the used vehicle manager. I'd say this was outstandingly good service - and from a group of thoroughly nice people, including all five that I dealt with this week, whether on the phone, by email, or in-person at the dealership.
