They are not real mechanics — all they do is replace parts, and they are not honest about it. I was a customer for 12 years and had good experiences in the past, but that has completely changed. Their mechanics may be factory-trained as they claim, but they cannot properly diagnose a problem. A small plastic plug that should have cost no more than $30 to replace was turned into a $1,000 repair. They even claimed that the part I brought in was damaged and took photos to prove it — but in their own space, they can do whatever they want. Long story short, I am very disappointed. Once my lease expires, I will never set foot in that place again. More

Worse Dealer! I've been customer with them for over 8 years and I had my second car from them. Great service -followed up promptly with my service needs I purchased my preowned RDX in June. A month later I noticed that the alignment was off. When I called they squeezed me in right away.
