They are not real mechanics — all they do is replace parts, and they are not honest about it. I was a customer for 12 years and had good experiences in the past, but that has completely changed. Their mechanics may be factory-trained as they claim, but they cannot properly diagnose a problem. A small plastic plug that should have cost no more than $30 to replace was turned into a $1,000 repair. They even claimed that the part I brought in was damaged and took photos to prove it — but in their own space, they can do whatever they want. Long story short, I am very disappointed. Once my lease expires, I will never set foot in that place again. More
Worse Dealer! I've been customer with them for over 8 years and I had my second car from them. I took the car for service and recall, and they xxxxed the interior, I've been customer with them for over 8 years and I had my second car from them. I took the car for service and recall, and they xxxxed the interior, it's 2023 MDX. The service department manager, Jason, is the worse with not taking accountability. His customer service is very poor. I don't recommend this dealer at all. Bad tech, bad customer service. More
I would like to thank Ali Qureshi for his assistance in the tire/rim road hazard warranty extension. He was quick to respond to my emails & answered all my questions. Great service -followed up promptly with my service needs I purchased my preowned RDX in June. A month later I noticed that the alignment was off. When I called they squeezed me in right away. That morning my tire warning came on indicating low pressure. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. They replaced the tire for me immediately and I was on my way.
