They were patiently listed to my problem, did all the necessary research and communicated all they had done and my options to me in layman's terms. They solved the issue without taking the car apart and did it in a timely manner. I have previously been a high end German car owner and was hesitant to switching to Acura. Got a good deal on a used vehicle I got a really great deal on a 2013 Acura MDX. The deal went really smoothly and David Perry, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the car. Great and courteous service We found our salesman David Perry to be honest helpful and reliable. We walked in to view the executive driven mdx for sale. David explained the workings of the car and when we had some further questions he did not mind repeating the details when we went back to the dealership the following week. The Assistant Sales Manager Dave Ryan and the General Sales Manager Deeps Dosanjh provided us courteous and great service. Ali Qureshi Finance Manager is friendly and service oriented. We have had a very positive response every time we have had a question and felt welcomed. All the gentlemen we dealt with asked us to call them with if we had questions. Service should not take almost 2 hours for a tire change I went to have my summer tires put on and figured that it would take 30 to 45 minutes max to have this completed. After almost 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, I had to go find out the status. They did not possess any time management skills based on this wait time, nor had they mentioned to me that it would take this long. Will look elsewhere for service going forward for such a simple task. More
