I’ve had some unfavorable car dealership experiences in the past and was a bit apprehensive, however, Lisa quickly eroded my concerns, as she operates without sales pressure tactics, is honest, and genuinely is engaged to find the best option for her customers. The subsequent visits leading up to my purchase of a Mazda 3 were very enjoyable and without hesitation I would recommend going to see Lisa for your next car buying experience. More

I lived in Toronto at the time and decided to purchase from a dealer near my workplace. Have been back to Achilles for service (regular maintenance) since moving to Milton and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. My only complaint would be the price for service (e.g. oil change), but that is typical of going to a dealership versus, say, Canadian Tire. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Achilles Mazda for both sales and service. More

The second we stepped into the dealership she took us under her wing and walked us through everything and then setup the car for a test drive. Everything was a piece of cake with her and honestly have never had a much more amazing car dealership experience. I would not hesitate to go back to Lisa for anything, and her email responses are unbelievable. I know you're all wondering, so how's the pricing. Let's put it this way, Achilles Mazda gets straight to the point. I couldn't even haggle with them anymore because I came in knowing what I wanted, and they essentially were right there if not slightly better before I had to even put up a stink. If you're looking for a Mazda, this is the place to go, especially if you live in the cities just around Milton, it's worth the extra 10-15 minute drive. More

I had completely forgotten about this item, and when I brought the car in for my first service, they installed it without any prompting or reminder. That is very high integrity in my book. First service was booked online, in and out with winter tire swap...everything was completed efficiently. Service department carries through on the high level of service provided by the rest of the staff. Glad I got my car from Achilles. More
