We were warmly greeted by Josh immediataly when we pulled up. We weren't quite sure whether we should buy new or used, but after talking to Josh and Rob all of our questions were quickly answered with no pressure in either direction what so ever. They went the extra mile to put us in a great van at a great price. During the whole process the staff were very attentive to my 3 little girls and even bought them lunch. All the staff from sales to finance to the insurance broker to the guys doing a final detail on our van were awesome. We can't wait to come back and see our new family for our next vehicle. More

Thanks to everyone involved in my buying a new Passat! The staff at Abbotsford VW who worked together to upgrade me from a 2013 Passat to a 2016 Passat were great: Conor, who made the first call to me and The staff at Abbotsford VW who worked together to upgrade me from a 2013 Passat to a 2016 Passat were great: Conor, who made the first call to me and spent a good amount of time explaining the features of the new car and who handled the details of getting the car ready; Mel, who did the work of negotiating the final numbers (for the second time in 2 years); and Stefani, who handled the paperwork in a quick and professional manner (even when her computer was shutdown). And I can't forget Dan the insurance guy (not VW staff, but certainly played an important part) who got me on the road with the new car insured. Didn't think I would qualify.....but I did!!! I had some really hard times in the last few years a bankruptcy and a year and a half ago I had to get my car repossessed due to very high payments. I I had some really hard times in the last few years a bankruptcy and a year and a half ago I had to get my car repossessed due to very high payments. I had to drive a few beaters and was once again fed up. I have a good job but my credit kept me from refinancing. I went to Abbotsford Volkswagen to just try to lease a car for the heck of it. My old 2001 Passat was a gas guzler and was needing some repairs soon. I met Richard. We tried a couple cars first, a Jetta but couldn't get the financing I was looking for. I'm a single lady on a budget. Well we found a car to fit my budget. I love Volkswagen for one I'm German and two I know they live up to their name. I ended up in a 2012 Chevy Cruze it's a great little car that fits my budget and I got the financing. In a year so I can get my Volkswagen. August worked hard to get me the financing.
