Be Careful Who You Deal With in Service. I had my 2000 VW Jetta broken into, and I took it to the Abbotsford VW Dealer and first people I dealt with were great, but the person who I dealt wit I had my 2000 VW Jetta broken into, and I took it to the Abbotsford VW Dealer and first people I dealt with were great, but the person who I dealt with when I came back with the ICBC claim was unkind and I felt like he expected me to know what to do. I'm 18 and this was my first car and my first ICBC claim and he just wasn't very nice or helpful. The person who I dealt with when I picked the car up was good. But I got it back with a coolant leak, an overheating engine, and a 2 cylinder misfire (I can't really pin that on them but I find it a bit suspicious and you'd think they would find something like that). The work they did on my lock was very good, but the customer service was spotty. I would maybe recommend this service center, but because there was no maybe only yes or no, I would air on the side of no, or use your discretion, or if your young take a parent or someone older, so they treat you right. Regardless this is the most pathetic, weak attempt to generate a sales lead and shows Abbotsford VW is desperate for any sales following the loss of diesel models. Stay away from a business running shady and unethical practices like these to get you in the door- they've already shown their true colours. More
