Today I drove it home while being treated with EXCELLENT service from Jason Bilinski and Nick Iozzo in the sales department, and Augest Brown in the finance department. They had met all my needs and wants, while exceeding my expectations and desires of this purchase. I have owned nothing but VWs my entire life (this being my 9th purchase) So I have much experience with VWs and VW dealerships. This Dealership has become my new favorite, and I FULLY recommend this business to anyone looking to buy from honest and respectable sales people. Nervous first time buyer. I have only ever purchased used beater vehicles. I was sick of unreliable vehicles. I had a terrible experience at another VW dealership and noticed t I have only ever purchased used beater vehicles. I was sick of unreliable vehicles. I had a terrible experience at another VW dealership and noticed that the Abbotsford team was rated highly. Nick greeted me right away. He was very attentive and listened to what I was saying and wrote everything down I said in detail. Offered me refreshments constantly. He took me out on a drive and explained everything well. I had been using VWs website to get information and had a good idea what I wanted going in. Just being new to purchasing a car I was unsure of how the process worked. Kelly took over when it came down to using the information Nick took down. He asked good questions. Unfortunately he came back with numbers that were higher than I adamantly insisted was my budget. I was firm in my request to not exceed my budget. Once we hashed that out he was great to deal with. He took the time to answer all my concerns and break everything down in a way I could understand. I'm a straight shooter and when he realized that we communicated a lot better than the foot we got off on. Being fair I gave him 4/5 just because of the first impression, but realistically he is very easy to deal with. He got me the car and colour i wanted. August took care of the financing. That was a great experience. I had a Co signer ready in my back pocket. Turns out it wasn't needed. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the terms that fit my budget. The car wasn't ready by the time I got here. The lot attendant apologized for the delay. I wasn't worried about it and appreciated the apology. Nice to have a clean gassed up car ready to leave. I did see them as pushy to get the deal done. I could see how that could rub people the wrong way. Having walked in knowing what I wanted, the pressure to purchase was of little concern to me. I would recommend this dealership and I am sure I'll visit them when I have needs in the future. More
