trying to contact august for extended warrenty info I bought a 2010 vw wagon diesel off these guys was talked into buying extended warrenty for 2375 that if I didn't have to use the warrenty I would ge I bought a 2010 vw wagon diesel off these guys was talked into buying extended warrenty for 2375 that if I didn't have to use the warrenty I would get rebate great I thought well time is almost up for warrenty so I called warrenty outfit and they said I'm not signed up for that I was shocked , if I knew this I wouldn't of bought the extended warrenty my brother was a witness to this transaction , after this I called august about this over a month ago she said she would look into it and get back to me well I'm still waiting for call and I have called several times in the last two days still no call back I feel betrayed by the finace company , costing me 2375 which I didn't need to , would never deal with this dearlership ever ripped me off and avoiding me , don't trust these guys More
