Was great intial visit until the end. I first dealt with this dealer in 2009 when I bought my 5th Vw vehicle, spent a ton, Went back today to trade in a vehicle which I was told they meet I first dealt with this dealer in 2009 when I bought my 5th Vw vehicle, spent a ton, Went back today to trade in a vehicle which I was told they meet or beat other dealer trades! That was not true. I was responding to an ad which posted a price and they said no offers allowed as its the bottom line. My trade in was part of the world wide recall of airbags and was told my value of vehicle was lowered due to a recall. I called my recall vehicle dealership and was told that is unlawful to say as all recalls are being repaired under transport Canada. Needless to say I was offered the lowest possible value on my higher end vehicle and was not able to negotiate! The salesman and sales manager were very friendly and accommodating to me but everything went downhill when I wanted to buy the vehicle. I also felt burnt by VW with my 2009 diesel and they didn't seem to care. Be aware of your trade values and got at least 3 dealers to get an idea of value before you pick a vehicle. also be aware of what you are buying as you are sure to find a better fair deal elsewhere. I am sad we couldn't agree on a happy medium as they had a wonderful used truck !!! Thanks for coffee guys, but I will not deal with Abbotsford VW auto group again. I felt very insulted and at the end treated like I am a fool. Buyer Beware and don't buy because you love the vehicle, goto a dealer who appreciates your situation and actually treats your trade in fairly . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS VW, they don't care! I have my 2009 VW Diesel to prove that , they don't care about why you need a vehicle or when you walk in and say look I have this much $ to spend. I felt like my time was totally wasted. Its sad really. all their PRICES are FIRM you cant negotiate as well. never heard of that in my 26 yrs of buying cars. More

Great experience buying my first car I came in to buy my first brand new car. I was pretty picky but they were able to find 2 vehicles that suited what I wanted. They let me test drive bo I came in to buy my first brand new car. I was pretty picky but they were able to find 2 vehicles that suited what I wanted. They let me test drive both and when it came to the price, they were very flexible and gave me a great deal that fit my budget!
