From your review, you mention that everyone was friendly and accommodating until you were presented with numbers for the vehicle you were trying to purchase and the value you were given on your trade. Even though our vehicles are priced on the window of the vehicle, we are always willing to negotiate and earn a customers business. We also work hard to give the most for trade-ins - unfortunately your 2007 GMC truck has outstanding recalls, preventing it from being exported, and therefore reducing the value that any dealer can pay you until the recalls are completed. too late , I should have been dealt with a bit more respect at the dealership. I already felt burnt with VW with the Vw diesel I bought. I wont be recommending your dealership group unfortunately. I had 2 people buying vehicles the next week which I got 1 pulled from your business already.. There is nothing you can do. I will be sharing my experience with everyone who is buying a vehicle.My time was wasted I felt. My sister is also having an issue with extended warranty we bought, we were told if we didn't use it we get money back and August must have made a mistake and didn't submit the cash back option and now years later my sister has lost her warranty investment.

I was lied to about my diesel vw and thought I would give the dealership another chance. you guys failed. I called transport Canada as well as GM Canada regarding your comments, you may be contacted by a transport Canada person regarding vehicle recalls. http://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/motorvehiclesafety/safevehicles-defectinvestigations-index-76.htm I got some information and made me feel even more lied to. I cant trust VW nor their dealerships. I don't think you run your dealerships with honesty, integrity, nor respect. You take advantage of customers. I will be sharing my VW incident and this sale process and comments for time to come. Chilliwack VW also treated me even worse about a year ago. Give me a break your ticket prices are at wholesale and no room to move. I found same truck but bit cleaner for 2k less in Vancouver.. You guys are crooks.. I

I bought elsewhere. I will share my experience with VW and your dealership. I think the recall excuse is dumbfounded, I called transport Canada and GMC. A sales tactic to devaluate a vehicle. Recalls are covered by transport Canada and your company is also having a major issue with a recall which I was treated very poorly over. Actually it was your dealership as well who was not fair with my on that. I over paid for my vw diesel which I paid over 42k cash for, I figured give you 1 more chance in dealing with me. August also sold extended warranty in false pretences. We were told you can get a refund if you don't use it but now years later the warranty wasn't applied properly. not good business. unfair and this whole dealings just showed how VW is in all there sales.
