Too Pushy I am a VW enthusiast and currently own 3 and have owned 5 VWs in total. I expect a certain standard of service from VW dealers, and I don't feel Abb I am a VW enthusiast and currently own 3 and have owned 5 VWs in total. I expect a certain standard of service from VW dealers, and I don't feel Abbotsford VW meets this high standard. My first experience with this dealership was in October 2015, I went in to look at Golfs, but ultimately purchased a Jetta and six months after having my car I've realized this car is not the right car for me. It is a really nice car & drives great, but I just don't feel comfortable in it still. In retrospect the sales process felt high pressure and I felt badgered into the sale. While everyone was very friendly, once the deal was done the friendliness has gone away and I'm driving a car I don't really like very much. I recently went back to trade in the vehicle mentioned above. . The experience was truly unpleasant. Kelly disregarded my budget and concerns and spoke to me as if I am too stupid to know what is good for me. While the sales rep was nice enough in the beginning, it was Kelly that killed this deal with the comment "I'm practically giving it away for free" as a way to get me to finance an additional large amount while low-balling my trade. So in two experiences with this dealership, the sales guys are nice enough, as long as they think they can get a sell, but the finance guy s what killed this deal for me. He pushed me around once, and tried it again a second time. He doesn't care about working with you, he is only focused on his bottom line.. He was very dismissive to my concerns, and spoke to me as if I am a stupid little girl who needs to be told what to do. I can not and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I received much better service and a nicer sales experience from a different VW dealership. Also, I wanted to mention, this dealership does offer a "free gift" for leaving a review.
