This is my 5th VW, but Abbotsford VW is the only VW dealership I have purchased from more than once. Simply put, this is a just great bunch of people to deal with. They really seem to genuinely love what they do, and are very focused on doing everything they can to accommodate their customers, going far above and beyond what they need to. I initially went in looking for a replacement for my parked TDI. It took me several weeks to decide what to replace my beloved Wagon with. When I finally decided, Mel found me the exact car that I wanted, for a price that I could live with, and made absolutely sure (on her day off yet) that it was delivered into my hands in immaculate condition. Randy was very knowledgeable...answered a lot of questions for me, and extensively explained differences between models, and the new features/tech in the car I chose that I was not familiar with. Stefani made the finance paperwork quick and painless. Along the way to my decision, Rob and Jesse were very helpful as well. The team at Abbotsford VW is like a well oiled machine. They are very focused on making their customers happy, handling transactions with a high degree of professionalism, with one staff member picking up where the last left off, and customizing the buying experience...they work very hard to earn their customer's repeat business.
