Remarkably their salesman Joel was able to recognise that I have looked into the car and knew that I knew what included and instead of trying to sell me on the car, he waited for me to ask questions. I've never had a salesperson do that, and I appreciated the fact that he was able to shut up and be cooperative as opposed to trying to push me on the sale. They were able to match what I wanted, for the price I wanted. There are ways they could have handled the transaction better, but ultimately they did all they could to make it better for me. More
