Was not impressed My wife was who bought her VW Jetta in chilliwack was looking to make sure that she had a loaner car for an appointment for bringing her car in. But having moved to Abbotsford she was dealing with VW in Abbotsford. Laurence was supposed to get back to us about receiving a rental car but did not. So my wife decided to call up VW Chilliwack where she originally bought her car and talk to them to again ensure that she received a loaner car. So not long after that she received a phone call from Laurence berating her telling her it wasn't her job to be calling up another dealership to try and make sure there was a car available to her. And then the great part was that she didn't receive a loaner car on that day and I was forced to leave my work in order to make sure that she had a ride to her place of work. Inconvenienced as well as being told off. Wont be dealing with him again. More

Do NOT recommend this dealership My experiences with VW Abbotsford have been horrible. Starting with buying a Tiguan which they conveniently didnt tell me that it takes only premium f My experiences with VW Abbotsford have been horrible. Starting with buying a Tiguan which they conveniently didnt tell me that it takes only premium fuel. Mel has promised many things to which she was either lying through her teeth and/or had no clue what she was talking about. She promised free car washes and vacuuming for the life of the vehicles, however, after we had the car for a year she said that they stopped doing that. My wife also bought a diesel Jetta through Mel which she promised over 1000 km/tank, we never got that even with mostly highway driving. It is sad to say that I cannot trust anything she says anymore. I now have to research everything myself. After finding out our Jetta was in the diesel scandal, they have not only NOT tried to make amends but have caused more stress and disappointment trying to get the settlement dealt with. They seemed to be out for your best interest but as stated in many comments below, they are only about the bottom dollar saying anything they can to make you feel that you are getting a great deal. The "car service" for when you are getting your vehicle serviced by them has always been 15-30 minutes late to pick me up even though I tried to schedule it. Not pleased with this dealership and I would NOT recommend them. More
