Went to Fountain Tire for advice on my VW I recently purchased a 2009 Rabbit as a second vehicle from another dealership but wanted to change to another one that is nearer where I live as I a I recently purchased a 2009 Rabbit as a second vehicle from another dealership but wanted to change to another one that is nearer where I live as I am also looking to get a new vehicle in the next year or two. The car is too old to have connectivity so I spoke to a very nice woman about coming by to see which cord I would need to fit our iPhones to the Rabbit. When I arrived, I was directed to the parts department and was basically told that VW doesn't make the cord I need. That's it. There was no advice about which cord to get, just that I may be able to get another cord from someone else. No offer to show me what I may need or advice about where to go to purchase it. So I drove to Fountain Tire and the owner there took the time to come to my car to explain which cord I needed and directed me where to go to buy it. Why could I not get the same information from a VW dealership about a car they produce? Very disappointed though I cannot condemn the entire establishment for the subpar customer service of one employee. More

Service sucks Dropped car off Sat & told it would be worked on Monday. Called Monday & was told car not in inventory. After great frustration car was found but no work done on it. Maybe tomorrow. Now have to rent a car for another day or maybe longer. After this service, we will go elsewhere. Apparently they are unorganized, under-staffed and definitely no integrity. Couldn't even call us for an update because probably nobody cares. Sad really. More
