For decades I've wanted to use that word correctly in a sentence, anyway, we bought it. Jerome is very knowledgeable of all of the Volkswagen products, specifications and features. He did an excellent job of assisting us in selecting the right vehicle and we felt a positive rapport during our time spent with him. He is the best auto salesperson with whom we have dealt. Jason was very helpful in getting the price point piece hammered down to the brass tacks. He facilitated the deal working in a completely professional, open and honest manner. We appreciated his concern for our understanding all aspects of the transaction and genuine respect of our sensibilities. Augest (correct spelling) handled all of the paperwork, explained all of our after sales options and their features in a very thorough manner. She is quite accommodating and also very charming. This was not true with Dave,he took the time to find out exactly what i wanted and how much i could afford to spend. He asked how much i wanted my bi-weekly payments to be and he got me into the car i wanted for the exact payment i wanted. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is interested in buying a volkswagen. It was a great experience and i will definetly by another volkswagen from them again. More

Good! I have never bought a new car before. I was fast, & pretty straightforward. Everybody was friendly, all the people --finance, insurance, etc--who need I have never bought a new car before. I didn't really know how well until I heard a couple of stories later about other dealerships/other experiences that were actually stressful. People rude, etc. Also not caring much after the sale was made. So I'm glad, as a first time new car buyer, that I went to Abby VW. I would/WILL do it again. Melissa Jakoby knows her stuff. More

Albert arranged for us to be picked up from our home. Everyone we met with were very friendly & helped us through our first car purchase!! We had our daughter with us & she loved the goodies they offered, the iPads she could play with & the 2 friendly dogs inside. Albert went over all the safety specs of our jetta & showed how reliable & safe it really is. He even showed me how all the features worked in the car before we left(my previous car was a 1998 & had none of the features in the 2013 jetta!) very happy with our experience at this dealership & definitely will recommend to family & friends!! More
