I just wanted an oil change I owned a 2012 Jetta 2.5 which needed to be serviced when I came in. I just needed to get my oil changed, that's all. I had my wife with me and we were just looking at all the new cars, new features ... just dreaming. Then we met Melissa (Mel) and she was so nice and pleasant. Kind of like your favourite relative, not a car salesperson. We all talked for awhile and I mentioned I really liked the GLI. Well, to make a long story short, I left in a new 2013 GLI and my wife left in a 2011 Toyota SR5 pickup. I can't say enough about Mel, Jason, and Augest. They were fantastic, patient, pleasant and accommodating, Since that time, I have needed some information from Augest which she provided to me immediately. Mel calls every so often to come in and visit her. I LOVE working with Mel, the Service Dept., Finance, and parts. You can't help but like everyone there. I feel like "Norm" on Cheers when I walk through the doors. I will never go anywhere else to purchase my cars. Good Customer Service and a quality product goes a long way. So, if you are coming in just to get your car serviced or an oil change, you may not be going home in the same vehicle. More

Traded up and left a happy customer I came into the dealership after receiving a call from Mellisa offering a great deal to trade up my 2011 to a brand new model. After returning from my test drive, I say down with Chris to work out the final numbers. In the end, we weren't able to make the exact desk I had come in for, but we were able to work out something fair for everyone, and I was able to leave that day with a brand new car.
