Our first purchase; very satisfied! Purchased a new Jetta and we are both loving it! Thank you VW! Our experience was very positive; the sales staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They explained all of the models and the differences very clearly, and respected our wish not to buy on the first visit. (Other dealerships pressured us to sign right away which soured our experience.) However, there are a couple of things that we were slightly dissatisfied with. First, we found that we were contacted too much after our first visit. We were both very busy and with work and school and we would have prefered to contact VW on our own time. Second, I hate to mention this, but our first experience in finance was a little bit negative. I was cut off mid sentence, and the person was not as polite as the others. Besides that, it was great! We will be back for sure in the future! Thanks again. More

He was very quick and precise in responding to initial calls and a pleasure to do business with in person. Even with back problems, he willingly volunteered to entertain our 2 year old while we completed the purchase transactions... if that doesn't exemplify great customer service, I don't know what does! Mel came out to check in with us, and we started talking about the fuel savings of the Jetta Diesel. (My husband initiated that conversation). We ended up test driving one for an afternoon. We were undecided because we had just purchased the Tiguan, yet the car I was commuting was aging fast and costing huge in fuel. We test drove a gas Jetta to compare, but I loved the Deisel, and after Mel found the EXACT colour and style I wanted, we got the Jetta! I have never looked back because I love my Jetta! Not only do I feel safer commuting to Vancouver, I know my car is reliable and I am getting GREAT mileage per tank. It is also SO fun to drive! Another great experience at VW Abbotsford! Thanks to Mel for treating us so well! More
