I am used to being pretty much ignored by sales personnel at car dealerships. When I got there I was welcomed at the door and Josh and I sat down and went over my wants and needs. He really tried to get me into something that I wanted and needed instead of trying to sell me something they needed to get off the lot like most sales personnel. I say this from experience. Since my purchase I have been back to the dealership to make inquiries about oil changes and car detailing. I was again treated with respect and kindness Josh was free at the time and came out to greet me. Josh is an outstanding salesperson who cares about customers. A Happy Thanksgiving I brought my vehicle in for my standard service. There was a problem they discovered so they had to order a part and gave me a loaner over the weeken I brought my vehicle in for my standard service. I was planning on driving down to see my family in Oregon for their Thanksgiving that upcoming Wednesday, but because of the emergency, I was unable to pay the full amount for the service done to my car until Thursday that week which was Thanksgiving Day. I was sad that I was not going to be able to spend Thanksgiving with them. When I mentioned this to Melissa (Mel) she worked her magic and both her and Ken Shane came up with a plan so I could get my car and still make it for Thanksgiving.
