Top Notch Professional My wife and I were in the market for a more economical second vehicle in trade of a fuel hungry SUV. Having a VW already we decided on a Jetta Sportl My wife and I were in the market for a more economical second vehicle in trade of a fuel hungry SUV. Having a VW already we decided on a Jetta Sportline. We made an appointment to see Matt but arrived as he was busy showing other clients a vehicle. We were greeted by Melissa and taken care of very well. Melissa is a true professional by trade and in attitude. She made sure we test drove all the trim levels of the Jetta for us to form a most educated opinion on what we though would suit us best. That level of service continued as we selected the vehicle and sat in the office to discuss if a deal could be hashed out. Sitting in a the office can be intimidating at best. Melissa ensured we were comfortable and proved she works for the client, not just the dealership. She introduced us to Kelly who worked on getting us top dollar for our trade. Between them, Melissa stepped up to the plate and got us within a few dollars of budget and at the term we wanted. We were introduce to Augest in finance who was a pleasure to deal with. She took control and got our financing in place quickly and efficiently. Once set, Melissa introduced us to Matt who got us acquainted with our new vehicle. Great display of teamwork and communication which makes for an Overall a great experience dealing with Abby VW. Thank you Melissa orchestrating everything.
