I choose the car I wanted and both Mel and Jason worked to get the monthly payment down to what I was comfortable with. Mel was very patient while we deliberated. We never felt any sales pressure and Melissa and Kelly's only concern was that we took our time to look at and test drive different vehicles to be sure that we we got exactly what we wanted. Bill, who looked after us in the business department was great and explained all the different warranty options to us. We don't normally enjoy "the car buying thing" but the staff made our experience very positive from start to finish.
