The typical experience at other dealers was usually pushy, unprepared, or in some cases unprofessional. We heard about the Abbotsford Volkswagon location through a good friend of ours who has purchased 3 vehicles from Jason Bilinski because of his excellent customer service and transparency. The label that most car dealers have is "dishonest and pushy." In our experience, every single employee was friendly (we were greeted and taken care of by SEVERAL employees, all of which were very sincere), and management EXCELLENT. Josh Vanden Eykel was the car dealer that helped us. He was the perfect combination of honest, knowledgeable (both of us were impressed), warm and friendly, professional, but not at all pushy. He made us feel comfortable, and answered every question we had with clarity. He was a great communicator. Josh was excellent from beginning to end. I would also like to mention that Jason Bilinski (manager) completely raised the bar for every dealership out there. He took care of us every step of the way, greeted us when we came in, handled the little details (licence plates, towing our broken down vehicle, etc.) and we left with huge smiles on our face and no worries at all. I will (and already have) recommend THIS dealership, and THESE people to everyone I know and will never consider going anywhere else than Abbotsford Volkwagon. These two employees make up for every bad experience we've had anywhere else. More

I got the impression they truly wanted to see me in the car I was looking for and even found the color I wanted hiding in the back of the lot, which someone else my have by passed. On the money side of things I got a great rate taking into consideration my credit score, how ever I did get a little feeling of forcefulness when I wasn't sure with the offer presented to me and while he did get it overall lower after that fact I assume I could have got a tiny better deal (we were off by only $5 a month on the payment), now let me be clear I don't hold that against the person, it is there job to get the best deal for the dealership and I of course could have held firm on what I wanted otherwise no deal. All this being said I thank Josh (Product guy) and Chris (Numbers guy) very much and I'm thrilled on my new purchase. O and I shouldn't forget the Finance lady that worked a little magic with the numbers that helped me get a few extras at little to no cost (well really a cost, just not out of pocket). Instead of service we traded old for new Melissa is an exceptional sales lady. We weren't even looking to buy a new car.
