Purchased a used vehicle and had a warning indicator on the dash was told by management it was only in need of an oil change. The oil change was done and the service light it still there. Coming on 2 weeks I was told the service department would call me to fix the issue and make things right still no word from them. On top of that the car has been leaking oil ever since the oil change was done. Seems after you get their business you're of no concern to them and you no longer matter as a customer. Overall not a very good experience would not recommend this dealership. More

I did not think it was possible! I went to a Dodge dealership to trade my Ram for a newer Ram but they could not get a deal done. I was contacted by Tawrin at Abbotsford VW who told m I went to a Dodge dealership to trade my Ram for a newer Ram but they could not get a deal done. I was contacted by Tawrin at Abbotsford VW who told me they would like to take my trade on a 2014 Ram they had taken on a trade. I did not think that I could afford the truck but Tawrin and the whole sales team at Abby VW literally worked the deal to a point that I got the deal I was looking for. I am in my sixties and have purchased many vehicles and have NEVER had a sales team work as hard for me as this group did. They made a sale that day but most importantly they made a new customer.
