They didn't have the specific car anymore but they went out of their way to find what I required. I thought I already knew lots about VW's having owned a few in the past, but Jesse was able to still teach me more. His extensive knowledge on the cars was like no one else's. Combine that with an extremely friendly and down to earth person, the car buying experience was phenomenal. The entire staff at Abbotsford VW were great and hercules the dog is pretty cool too. Despite living nowhere near Abbotsford, I'll stop in whenever I have the opportunity just to say hello from now on! More
