After a couple of phone calls with Kelly Buller and a curious reception at dealer #1 ...off we went. So glad that we did - even tho they were smokin' busy Joshua VE greeted us with a smile and an ice cream bar and things just went smooth from there on. A quick check of our Jetta TDI, a really fair offer on the trade coupled with a significant adjustment on the real nice, previously owned Touareg and we left - freshly washed, fully fueled with smiles on our faces. Well, the test ride of the 2015 Volkswagon Tiquana was all it took to convince my husband and I that we were interested in the SUV... They gave us a good trade in offer for our car, went above and beyond by comming to our place and picking up our vehicle... I visited 5 dealerships who all presented beautiful ve I woke up on Friday realizing that I was 99% sure that today was a car purchasing type of day. I visited 5 dealerships who all presented beautiful vehicles with enough selling gimmicks to fill a circus tent. Finally, I entered Volkswagen Abbotsford. Immediately upon entering I found that the feverish, chaotic feel presented by the other dealerships wasn't evident here. I had time to look at the showroom vehicles before being helped by Richard. Richard then introduced me to Kelly his colleague. Both Richard and Kelly worked as a team to advise me on the many German made attributes of the Jetta. They presented the information in a very non technical manner that I understood and felt comfortable with. Although they are, like their competitors, in the business of selling, they approach the sale of a car with tack and professionalism which instilled confidence in me and proved to me that they believed that their product was worth my attention. The teamwork approach of this dealership coupled with their product knowledge made me feel like I was negotiating from a position of respect. I enjoyed the experience, I love the car, and I would highly recommend anyone who has had the bad salesman experience to try Abbotsford Volkswagen.
