I had some stipulations of pre-approval and without a hesitation Melissa & Stefani helped spearhead that and accomplished what I had asked for. Kelly, one of the Managers at the dealership personally got involved and helped smooth out some details with my 2012 VW GLI. Came for a service ended up trading my Jetta for a new one! Had a service appointment for my 2012 Jetta Highline TDI on Saturday morning. Received a call from Mel on Friday asking if I was interested in selling Had a service appointment for my 2012 Jetta Highline TDI on Saturday morning. Received a call from Mel on Friday asking if I was interested in selling my car... my response was "I am not-not interested". Basically I said I was planning on going for breakfast and waiting for the service to be completed. When I arrived at the dealership, Mel put me right into a Golf wagon to test out and take for an hour. Totally unexpected. Upon my return, Kelly sat down with me and started to crunch the numbers on the wagon with my car as a trade. We were way off, then he found one with less options and it was still a bit out of my comfort zone. So I said, what about another Jetta? Mel grabbed some keys and we took a spin and I said, "well if you can do it for this price we got a deal." After going back and forth for a while, we ended up with a deal and I am the proud owner of a 2015 Jetta Highline TDI. Also - Steph in finance was great, see walked me through all the details as needed and Christine & Sydney in service were super helpful, both when I needed a courtesy car and in arranging the tint for the new Jetta. I can't remember the yard guy's name, but he did a great job of washing the car up and installing the floor mats. I live in Langley and ended up going to Abbotsford after trying out 2 different dealers closer to my home, but never really feeling as appreciated as I do when I step into Abbotsford VW. Plus the Nandos and ice cream they kept feeding me was good too! If you are looking for a VW, I would recommend heading out to the valley. More
