Buying a new car I went to Abbotsford Volkswagen even though I live in Richmond because Richard was very helpful on the phone when I called them to enquire about their I went to Abbotsford Volkswagen even though I live in Richmond because Richard was very helpful on the phone when I called them to enquire about their deals. He then contacted me because he said there was a potential buyer who might pay significantly more for my old car than I would get on a trade in. So I went to hear what they could offer. They did indeed end up giving me more for my trade in than I would have received anywhere else and then fell over backwards to sell me a vehicle that met my needs for an affordable price. I ended up spending more than I intended but as it is going to be the last car I ever buy, hopefully, I decided it was worth it with the extended warranty. I just hope the new Tiguan I bought gives me as much satisfaction as my old Jetta TDI. More

Overall a very nice experience. I walked into the dealership because my truck broke down on me and i needed a vehicle.
