very good sales experience I was selling my truck, a Dodge Ram, on the internet, and received many calls from dealers looking to buy it, but there was a lot of going back and fo I was selling my truck, a Dodge Ram, on the internet, and received many calls from dealers looking to buy it, but there was a lot of going back and forth. Richard and Jason came back with a reasonable offer, and lived up to their commitment made over the phone. When I came in to finalize the deal, we dealt with another sales manager, Chris, and I was not impressed with his presentation of the finance package. At first, he was double the monthly payments, and it did not catch the mistake, I had to point it out. Then because the truck's value was higher than the vehicle I was purchasing there was to be a cheque paying us the difference. That got missed until I once again had to raise the issue.August (finance) was very professionaland pleasant. The next day, when I went to start the vehicle, the battery was dead, so I called the VW dealer in Chilliwack, and they were not sure if they could service it the same day. I called Richard, and he arranged to have the battery replacement expedited. More
