Awesome! I went in and next thing you know I am sitting signing papers on a brand new 2015 Chrysler 200 which I have no regrets about. It was my first big purchase and it was easy and went so smooth thanks to the awesome staff at Abbotsford Chrysler! I dealt with Ian who was super informative on his products and very helpful with all my questions. I've had my car 4 months now and don't miss my old car at all! Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend this dealership, it is laid back and you can just tell everyone is happy to be there! More
Refreshing truck buying experience!! I don't normally take the time to write reviews for anything, especially when a service is provided properly. I just smile and say thank you! BUT I'm breaking away from the norm and I'm writing a few words about Abbotsford Chrysler. My husband and myself decided to purchase a new truck for our daily driver and work vehicle, so it needed to be nice but usable. We met Sean Elmont the sales manager first and he steered us towards Kayle, one of the truck sales specialists. He happened to be a former diesel truck mechanic and answered my husbands quickly and very accurately to steer us towards the exact truck we wanted. Its very refreshing when a salesperson can talk about the truck, showing us the what it offers and you can tell he knows his stuff! He didn't try the normal salesman tactics to try and sell else something we didn't want or even bash other brands we were looking at. His professionalism as a salesperson was something we didn't expect but he was very friendly and very honest with our questions. The entire dealership staff looked like they were having fun, enjoyed what they were doing and even the boss guy ( or owner maybe? ) came and said hi and thank you. Thats something in my 20+ years of buying cars I have never had before. I have already sent one of my friends to purchase a truck and even she said wow, thank you , they were awesome. So its not just me! Others agree! Both Sean and Kayle have called since purchasing the truck, asking how the truck is and if we had any concerns or questions. Recommend 110% More
Purchased new Grand Cherokee I dealt with Graeme and Carson during the purchase of my 2014 grand Cherokee. They never made me feel rushed or pressured which I really appreciated. Do NOT recommend! Came here after family recommended us to check it out & one salesman was extremely RUDE! He said to us that nobody would touch us with a 10 ft pole & more things that were uncalled for! I cannot remember his name as I wanted out of there fast! I remember he had an accent but definitely didn't seem too interested in helping us or making a sale! Kind of like that lady on rodeo drive in pretty woman. Work on commission? Big mistake to treat possible customers like that!! More
HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE I went to Abbotsford Chrysler to buy a new Dodge Dart. It was the WORST experience I have ever had and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. It I went to Abbotsford Chrysler to buy a new Dodge Dart. It was the WORST experience I have ever had and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. It took over 3 months to get a car, they took my deposit on multiple cars and then never delivered them. The price ended up well over what we had agreed upon and the car was not even what I had ordered in the end. I ordered a black car with black leather interior and they called one day and said good news your car is here. I showed up to get it and there was indeed a black dart. With tan leather interior. When I complained the salesman told me "Well at least its not white...maybe you could have the seats dyed" In a BRAND NEW car. Right. I finally agreed to take the car until the seats could be replaced. I drove the car for over a month and they called me back when a black on black car showed up and they switched the new seats into my car and put the USED seats out of my car into someone elses new vehicle! They also talked me into buying the package that came with paint protection, undercoating and leather protection since it was a black car and would show scratches. I paid over $1000 for this and they completely swirled the whole paint job with scratches while applying it. I went back to complain and they didnt want to fix it but finally redid it saying someone owed them a favor. Its not a favor I PAID for that dont make it sound like I should be thanking you. Also when I was doing the financing I got the girl who was in training and she tried to add in a maintenance package into my payments without telling me that worked out to be almost $4000. There is so much more that was wrong with this experience I cant even list it all. The sales manager said he would take over when we had issues with Leon and then never would return a call until after hours and then just leave a bunch of lies followed by Ill be out of the office so dont call back basically. It was awful. Dont go there EVER. More

This was from a Ram forum …. After doing alot of research, going to five dealers and calling about five more, ive finally got some news. I found a dealer that actually wanted to help to his full extent and did make some calls. He just called me back now and said that a crew cab 3500 drw could be ordered today with the air suspension. He said it was not in his order options yet but he confirmed it could be ordered. He also said that the mega 3500drw ( which is what ive been waiting to order) will have the rear air suspension but will not be available to order until june 7. If anyone is interested I can post the dealers name and the guys name. Btw im in florida. Adam the salesman: Sorry I wasnt able to help "to my full extent". I wish you luck, and have a great time in Florida. More

I have to say, with exception of Frank, everyone seems to be unreliable and dishonest. The sales rep, could look you in the eye and say your saving big and gone over the savings you'd get with your previous be unreliable and dishonest. He's insulted me when I said what my last credit score was, confident that I'd get a good financing rate, but instead he said, oh it's good but not great. They rush you and make you sign all the "happy agreement" form... But then you feel crappy after. I looked into what was offered and compared it from what the website says, and found out the offer was at least $8K over. I went back the next day feeling misled, and Frank the sales mgr then was very nice, and seemed genuine, so I decided to go through with the deal after repricing. The finance dept. was just as shady. She says that I qualified for this rate but If I get this package, she could lower that rate even more because its beneficial for their company. Apparently, she has a friend with BMO that she could call and get a lower rate approved. But she wont do that If I dont get the package. They slide in some optional feature (tire and nitro) without discussing it. Nonetheless, for the sake of Frank's efforts, I proceeded with the deal. After the 4th time of me coming back to pick up the car, at a promised time, Sheldon says the truck is there, but needs to be cleaned, but the insurance guy ain't there. He said that the cleaning guys werent there yesterday afternoon. But the finance lady said she'll make sure it's all ready when I get there the next morning... I really could have picked it up the night before but I was working. Sheldon, the guy who sold me the car just washes off his hand and says I just got here, blah blah. It's just unending line of excuses and disappointment. After all the time I've wasted with this dealership, I'm now caught whether I should just suck it up and go back to the dealership, to once and for all get done with it, or walk away. I went local so I could build a relationship and won't have to go to far to get reliable service. But it doesn't feel like I could rely on these people. Don't come to this dealership. If you do, deal with Frank. More
If you are looking for a place that is going to take care of you after you lay out your money for a brand new car then this in NOT the place. I would never recommend anyone go there! "Customer service" is all over their website, but I do not think they really know what that is. I am having warrenty issues with my new car and they don't care. I just spent $30 000 at your business, I expect you to jump when I am having issues, not pass the buck around. I bought local because I was looking at building a relationship. I hope to have this car for a very long time and I want to know that if I am having issues, I can count on my dealership. Simply not the case! More
