We went back to this dealership specifically because of the wonderful service of Darlene Thompson in the business office. Darlene is personable, professional, and a joy to deal with. She really knows her business , she was thorough and explained everything in an easy and comfortable manner. We felt like the most important people she had ever had in her office. Our salesman was Ravi Gill and we were extremely pleased with him as well. He listened to us and showed us what we wanted, he made our choice easy to make. It almost seemed too easy to buy a car. We would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically these individuals. Thank you both so much and we will highly recommend you to our friends. I took my jeep in for an oil change,new windshield and the Pro package and the service department was so unhelpful. They made me explain why I brought my jeep in 6 different times not only that but could never give me an approxit time it would be finished. After finding out it was going to take all day I had to find a way to work. I came back to the dealership the next day since no one had called me to tell me what's going on with my jeep nor if it was ready. The person had service asked if my jeep was even there. I've never had such a poor experience in a service department. More
