They'll use every trick in the book if your not experienced I recently was in an wreck , total write off. I got a call from this place Before the adjuster called me to look at and test drive a vehicle. How they I recently was in an wreck , total write off. I got a call from this place Before the adjuster called me to look at and test drive a vehicle. How they got my number I'm still not clear on. I just figured insurance set it up. The total cost of that vehicle was the amount that ended up on offer as a settlement from the adjuster. So I accepted my settlement and back to the dealer. Only to now be told the cost of the vehicle I test drove was more then the amount of my settlement, I would need $3000 down now to get the vehicle I test drove only the day before. I need a car to get to work, my rental was due back. So other option. The other option was a car worth 10,000 less . But don't worry they used the total amount of check by selling me a warrenty I don't need and adding massive multiple fees, deciding all this while talking about me in the third person like I wasn't even there . If I wasn't stuck I would have walked . Smarter now for the experience. All this and I had total coverage. I'm sure they deal with individuals individually. So proceed with care. Two stars cause I did get a vehicle. Also tried to sell me on a fact that 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive are the same thing. Lol. Being in a jam sucks . "I need a 4x4 vehicle" - "all we have for you is all wheel drive , it's pretty much the same thing still a 4 wheel drive system".....No, it's not pretty the same at all, I know that, but being in a jam sucks . First accident. Feel taken advantage of but live and learn right. More

Great Experience! .. I went to 5 Star Dealers back in 2017, I was apprehensive due to the fact my Credit wasn't the best, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and I went to 5 Star Dealers back in 2017, I was apprehensive due to the fact my Credit wasn't the best, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and introduced to Regan. I have to tell you, Regan treated me like I was his number one priority in the sense that he did everything to get me car and he did just that. I just loved my new Chev Cruze. Regan also told me to come back in a year and a bit and see how things are and if all goes well put me into a newer vehicle with a lower interest rate. So a year and a bit later, I did just that and he was a man of his word. I have absolute respect for Regan as I'm now into a newer (2017) Chev Cruze with a much lower interest rate and I just love it. Regan introduced me to Ziad, who went over everything with me as well before I signed the dotted line and left his office feeling that I was doing the right thing and it was a great deal. So thanks to Ziad as well. So I would recommend 5 Star Dealership to anyone. I thought all the staff were extremely pleasant. Thanks Regan and I'll see you in a couple of years! More

Excellent Customer service (Eddy) I went to 5 star to purchase my first car, was my much lost with where to even start. I ended up meeting Eddy who was a huge help, very knowledgeable, I went to 5 star to purchase my first car, was my much lost with where to even start. He delivered the vehicle I had to initial the paperwork and was told I would get the paperwork in the mail and well it has been 2 years and STILL NO paperwork. I called 5 star that I wanted paperwork and was told they would find it and send. Still yet no paperwork. If I had the paperwork and copy of safety as to what needed done to safety, so if I need something fixed I could tell my now mechanic, when something was needed. For instance, when the last time a tire rod was replaced, if at all. Then the repairs start coming in starting with getting new tires, which should have been changed before being delivered, then the check engine light the very next day. I get to gas cap.nope not that, it need fuel pump, it being 1 yr of ownership. I have had repairs done for this past year. At first they did some repairs for me, but at a cost and other repairs they said I needed I asked Corbin when I could get it in, and he said wouldn't be for at least a few months. So in my opinion, drive it until it breaks down or gets fixed, whatever comes first.. I am on a fixed income and these repairs of 300-500 a month, are leaving me not knowing when I can buy groceries or pay a bill. I drive to London and back weekly for medical appointments and get scared every week so I stop in see about getting out of this lemon and into something newer. I have had 3 different employees saying they can help, then after I call them daily as no one likes to return my calls, I get told I am pre-approved but the numbers don't work. I can't believe this is happening to me. In the last year I have had 2 new tires, brakes,water pump, wheel bearing,ball joints,axle,rear shocks, and more repairs to happen, when I can afford them. All I am asking is that all customers be treated equally. I don't think it is too much to ask for help with repairs I can not afford or reimbursed for repairs I have paid for at either your garage or the mechanic I had to find in my hometown. Being on a disability and paying car loan and now repairs it very costly. Also, because of repairs I am working tirelessly on finding someone to do a trade in and not working out so well. Also, at first I found 5 star great, that I even referred family to them, but then this all started. Customer should be safe in their purchase.
