Excellent Customer service (Eddy) I went to 5 star to purchase my first car, was my much lost with where to even start. I ended up meeting Eddy who was a huge help, very knowledgeable, polite and just a huge help, he ended up spending about 3 hours with me and I left with a car I didn't think I'd ever be able to afford, I would strongly recommend 5 star to anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle, they have a large variety and have your best interest in mind. More

He delivered the vehicle I had to initial the paperwork and was told I would get the paperwork in the mail and well it has been 2 years and STILL NO paperwork. I called 5 star that I wanted paperwork and was told they would find it and send. Still yet no paperwork. If I had the paperwork and copy of safety as to what needed done to safety, so if I need something fixed I could tell my now mechanic, when something was needed. For instance, when the last time a tire rod was replaced, if at all. Then the repairs start coming in starting with getting new tires, which should have been changed before being delivered, then the check engine light the very next day. I get to gas cap.nope not that, it need fuel pump, it being 1 yr of ownership. I have had repairs done for this past year. At first they did some repairs for me, but at a cost and other repairs they said I needed I asked Corbin when I could get it in, and he said wouldn't be for at least a few months. So in my opinion, drive it until it breaks down or gets fixed, whatever comes first.. I am on a fixed income and these repairs of 300-500 a month, are leaving me not knowing when I can buy groceries or pay a bill. I drive to London and back weekly for medical appointments and get scared every week so I stop in see about getting out of this lemon and into something newer. I have had 3 different employees saying they can help, then after I call them daily as no one likes to return my calls, I get told I am pre-approved but the numbers don't work. I can't believe this is happening to me. In the last year I have had 2 new tires, brakes,water pump, wheel bearing,ball joints,axle,rear shocks, and more repairs to happen, when I can afford them. All I am asking is that all customers be treated equally. I don't think it is too much to ask for help with repairs I can not afford or reimbursed for repairs I have paid for at either your garage or the mechanic I had to find in my hometown. Being on a disability and paying car loan and now repairs it very costly. Also, because of repairs I am working tirelessly on finding someone to do a trade in and not working out so well. Also, at first I found 5 star great, that I even referred family to them, but then this all started. Customer should be safe in their purchase. I have been involved in customer service for over 25yrs plus but this day changed everything. We meet Eddy....polite, well dressed and most of all very friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work. He is very strong headed but not pushy, he bends the ear and listens too what the customers needs are and there "wants" and preforms with great ease to give them what they really want. We were coming down too see the "Cadillac SRX"....but where disappointed but out of the blue Eddy introduced me too another Luxury vehicle …..Lincoln MKX and we took it for a drive and I feel in love with it. Thanks too his excellent advice and his great help in purchasing this one, his leadership was top notch and very professional. Inconsiderate I have been nervous for a long time to apply for financing. I read reviews that were decent about this dealership. Although friends and family told me it wasn’t so great. I decided to give it a try. I did a pre-approval with a man name Mark. he assured me he was going to try and get financing for me. I had a co signer, because my credits only fair. Its been a month, ive tried to contact them with no luck, and ive never received a call. If I couldnt get approved Id understand, but to have no call. Its inconsiderate of their customers, and it makes me more anxious about ever applying anywhere again, or to know if my credit was affected by applying this time. More
