We meet Eddy....polite, well dressed and most of all very friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work. He is very strong headed but not pushy, he bends the ear and listens too what the customers needs are and there "wants" and preforms with great ease to give them what they really want. We were coming down too see the "Cadillac SRX"....but where disappointed but out of the blue Eddy introduced me too another Luxury vehicle …..Lincoln MKX and we took it for a drive and I feel in love with it. Thanks too his excellent advice and his great help in purchasing this one, his leadership was top notch and very professional. Inconsiderate I have been nervous for a long time to apply for financing. I read reviews that were decent about this dealership. Although friends and family told me it wasn’t so great. I decided to give it a try. I did a pre-approval with a man name Mark. he assured me he was going to try and get financing for me. I had a co signer, because my credits only fair. Its been a month, ive tried to contact them with no luck, and ive never received a call. If I couldnt get approved Id understand, but to have no call. Its inconsiderate of their customers, and it makes me more anxious about ever applying anywhere again, or to know if my credit was affected by applying this time. More
