This dealership is extremely busy and it is remarkable that they are able to provide individualized customer care despite the high volumes. We returned a few days later with our kids to ensure the vehicle was suitable for all of us and again had a great experience with both Nav and Rocky. We specifically wanted the LX so we could get a manual transmission but since they are few and far between, Nav and Rocky made special arrangements with our purchase agreement so that if we didn't like how the manual behaved once we test drove one, we would not be held to the arrangement/purchase. It took a few days to get our chosen car in due to a lack of supply and unfortunately our chosen colour for that model was no longer available, but later that same week we were able to take a long test drive with the manual transmission and fell further in love with the car. We had a great experience thanks to Nav and Rocky and absolutely love our new Optima LX. Even though they were both very busy, we were never rushed. They gave us a very fair price for our trade-in as well. More
