I requested information about the vehicle on the internet and within 5 minutes Rocky was phoning me. He was pleasant and professional. Very comfortable to talk to and reassuring. I made the decision to purchase the used Mazda CX-7. The day the vehicle would be ready was a day I could only come in the morning due to having to work evening shift but the vehicle would not be ready until the evening. Because of my work schedule, the other day I could pick it up was the following morning and then no other opportunity to pick it up for another week. That next day was Rocky's day off but he made arrangements to come in to close the deal because he knew how excited I was about my purchase. The whole buying experience from beginning to end was positive. The vehicle was exactly as described. It even exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this dealership. More

My experience from the moment I pulled in to the time I picked up they keys was beyond my expectations. I called to find out if the 2013 Kia Optima they had was still available and spoke to Brett who was incredibly knowledgable about the car. I booked an appointment for later that evening and when I arrived I was shocked to see the vehicle cleaned, running with the heat and heated seats on (in January -20 outside) and a "reserved for Ryan" sign on the dash- talk about VIP service. Prior to my visit I had been to other Kia dealerships and didn't receive anything close to this kind of service right from the get go. I am very pleased with my purchase and Brett worked with me to get an amazing deal. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from QEW Kia and have suggested to many family members and friends to go see Brett to get their next vehicle.
