My first car lasted over 10 years due to the knowledge and expertise of the staff of the Service Department. Due to the fact that I went in every four months for regular service/ warranty maintenance, I got to know almost everyone who works at the dealership. Every time I go in, I am treated with kindness and respect and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. The service staff is honest and gives great advice. When I traded in my car, I bought another KIA for this reason. I feel like a member of the KIA family and there is no one else I would trust my car with, or no other place I would purchase a future car from. More

Kia Queensway is the best I recently purchased my vehicle at Kia and my overall experience was more then satisfying. When we walked into kia for the first time we noticed that I recently purchased my vehicle at Kia and my overall experience was more then satisfying. When we walked into kia for the first time we noticed that everyone was busy and there was a lot of ppl in at the same time as us, with that being said our sales guy Rocky manage to help us while helping a few other ppl aswell. As busy as he was he made sure we were helped right away. This to me is proper and professional customer satisfaction. He was able to assist us in exactly what we were looking for and made me feel very comfortable of purchasing my vehicle from kia. That day we went to multiple dealerships and did not get the type of customer service that rocky provided for us. He's an amazing sales associate and I thank him so much for helping me purchase my first vehicle. Lindon king the manager at Kia was also assisting us. When I walked into his office he made me feel so comfortable about again purchasing my vehicle from kia. He's so professional in all ways and was extremely helpful towards me. It was a long and difficult process for me getting my vehicle but Lindon told me from the beginning he would make it happen. He pushed to help me get my vehicle and did not give up, which other dealerships I went to never put this much effort into helping me. I am so pleased and thrilled with my experience at Kia.
