Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and was using their service until one day they have asked me to walk in to the shop to show me something. The place was a total mess. Decided not to use their service anymore and found a very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic who was reasonable and extremely helpful and his shop was organized and clean. In March 2026 had an oil leak on my 2017 Sorento and my mechanic advised I would take it to the dealership. I went there and was told that there was a recall and the vehicle had to stay overnight. They called me the next day, 13MAR2026 advising that the leak was fixed and it is was due a recall(231A11 recall campaign). I was billed $177.41 for a recall. Paid the amount and left. I didn’t drive the vehicle on the weekend. Monday morning when I tried open the doors the car was completely dead could not open the doors. Towed the vehicle to the shop that I had purchased a battery in August 2023. The battery was under warranty and they replaced it with a new one. But I was advised that the car was using more amps than it was supposed to and I should better take it to the dealership immediately. I drove the car to QEW Kia and they said the battery was not good and it is self draining itself. The car was 9 years old and never had any mechanical or electrical issues until this dealer worked on the recall(231A11). They replaced the brand new battery that the other shop installed earlier and charged me $626.18 for their mess up. Asked for an explanation but they were just a like a waIl and refusing to accept and own their mistake. I would highly recommend all to stay away from this dealer like you stay away plague. More

I recently went in for my 3rd service on my Kia Sportage, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Issues I faced: - My appointment was at 1 PM, but I didn’t get my car back until 3:50 PM — just for and the experience was extremely disappointing. Issues I faced: - My appointment was at 1 PM, but I didn’t get my car back until 3:50 PM — just for an oil change. - Washer fluid wasn’t topped up. - Tire pressure was left at 39–40 PSI on the dashboard. - The service reminder wasn’t reset and still shows up on the next start. - And honestly, I have no way of knowing whether the rest of the service was done properly. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this service centre. More

The communication through the completion of the lease agreement was poor, and a subsequent maintenance/3rd party warranty issue was handled very badly. When I raised my concerns to management, I was essentially ignored. In short, in my experience you can expect a highly engaged sales experience that is completely let down by the finance and service experience to follow. Buyer beware. More
OMG so Malcolm and Mini from this dealership are AMAZING humans. Treated me and my daughter with dignity, integrity and compassion.
