New Q60... great driving machine! Just bought my second Infiniti at 417 Infiniti. No-one really enjoys car buying, but Michael and his team made the process painless. The dealership gives great service, my previous car had all servicing done at 417 Infiniti, and I was always happy with their attention to detail and fair servicing costs. Five stars deserved! Michael Ewing was fantastic to deal with, great people skills. We enjoyed our experience with him. His sales manager was pushy and kept attempting to take over “the deal” with the same schpeel certain us skills. We enjoyed our experience with him. Hahaha It makes me sad to think of people who wouldn’t know better wasting their time/ money. Lies to get you in the door. For a first car purchase, I negotiated a price over the phone with Amin. When we negotiated the price he asked me to come in to finalize the deal. Af For a first car purchase, I negotiated a price over the phone with Amin. When we negotiated the price he asked me to come in to finalize the deal. After test driving the next morning the vehicle and we were ready to purchase the vehicle with Amin (he acknowledged conversation and price agreed upon) he then began mansplaining numbers which were now a considerable amount more than the online price and far more than the negotiated price we agreed on the phone. When asked if he would honor the price agreed upon a blunt no was the answer and negotiations ended. This was the definition of bait and switch. Do not deal with Amin! Wish I could remove the one star! More
