Overall all the staff are quite friendly and eager to help. They accidently wrote down the wrong pricing offer at the beginning so I was a little disappointed when they told me it was an error and the ca help. They accidently wrote down the wrong pricing offer at the beginning so I was a little disappointed when they told me it was an error and the car was suppose to be $2000 more. I understand we are all human and errors are bound to happen. We renegotiated and came up with another value. I think the biggest set back in this transaction was only when I left the dealership with the car that I noticed it was missing one tire cover. I was told then that the car came that way. How was it possible the salesman and I both didn't notice this weird thing when we did our rounds? Anyways, I can't be certain what happened. Took a few days, but Marcel was able to find a solution and they ordered me new covers for all four tires. Appointment was quickly made for their installation. What everyone forgets is that it's not always the course of the transaction that is important. It's how they handle the problematic issues. Thanks Marcel. More
