Seems they have a variety of choice especially for slightly used cars. I dealt with Salma Khan, who is a very polite and talented new sale associate. She is knowledgeable and friendly and did her best to make us happy. Although the level is not the same as when Greg Carrasco was running the show, they are trying to improve but lucking experience especially in small things that make the customer happy. For example I will never use their car SPA. The car was not clean properly and in delivery this does not make a good impression. I would rather charge the customer an extra 100 dollars and professionally clean it. It is the final impression and can kill your future bussiness. However, if you are considering to buy a car (new or used, I tried both) you need to check this dealership. More

They will steal that money but will lie and say someone else is also interested but will hold it with a down payment .. You'll never see that money again 8) when I picked up my truck"used" it wasn't even cleaned... There was gunk inside ... And no gas... Literally just made it to the gas station down the road. I been trying to get by DOWNPAYMENT ,for 3 weeks Rahul keep giving me the run around.i told him today I had enough and I want my money,he and general manager,I think his name is Iqbal told me me am not getting my DOWNPAYMENT back and to leave there dealership or they going to call the cops which they did. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.RAHUL AND TYLER SAID I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONCE MY BUDDY COMES IN.AN THEY KNEW I WAS TRYING TO HELP A BUDDDY.I ALSO SENT THEM 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BUY THE NISSAN ROGUE.
