I had the unfortunate experience of trying to purchase a vehicle at this dealership which included my trade-in vehicle and got nothing but the run around from the financial Services Manager Salil Bhatia. vehicle at this dealership which included my trade-in vehicle and got nothing but the run around from the financial Services Manager Salil Bhatia. I received an instant Trade In value from Auto Trader where the vehicle was listed by the dealership, but when I asked about a trade in appraisal based on the instant value offer he asked for more detailed information on my trade which I provided for him. I then had to follow up with him as he did not reply after receiving all the information I provided that he requested. When I called him again to discuss the purchase financial details he told me he would call me back in 45 minutes with all the details BUT he never called back. This experience was a total waste of my time and efforts. Will never deal with this dealership again and recommend no one else does either! More
