my experience at your dealership your staff members were quite helpful from Tehseen, Fidel and especially Nabeel Balagamwala ( very knowledgeable gentleman) who made my experience qu your staff members were quite helpful from Tehseen, Fidel and especially Nabeel Balagamwala ( very knowledgeable gentleman) who made my experience quite pleasant, I would have given a perfect score however the scratch on the rear and front end of my vehicle was Not painted over, I did not receive the book which gives you all the details about the vehicle and I did not receive my black card with the Dilawri points. Happy Adil was very good and I enjoyed the process. I negotiate for a living and the only thing I think you should change is by giving sales person leeway Adil was very good and I enjoyed the process. I negotiate for a living and the only thing I think you should change is by giving sales person leeway to close a deal without the finance guy, recognize that your client is going to find that a waste of time. Nabil is professional and took care of me as well but did not have to be part of the process, total waste of his and my time. Adil and I could have worked it out shook hands signed and tied it in a bow. Outside of that all good. More

Amazing Sales Team at 401 Dixie Nissan Zaid is the best sales person to talk to if you need a new or used car. He is very patient, courteous and professional. He will never bait and switch, Zaid is the best sales person to talk to if you need a new or used car. He is very patient, courteous and professional. He will never bait and switch, nor would he mislead you to think otherwise. Very open and honest from start to finish. And the best thing about him, is that he is not pushy or aggressive just to close a sale. He listens to your budget and adjusts accordingly. Olympio will make it happen I went to this dealership a bit nervous as it was my first time going to that location, and was going for an electric car for the first time. Instant I went to this dealership a bit nervous as it was my first time going to that location, and was going for an electric car for the first time. Instantly Olympio greeted me and answered all my questions about my new Nissan leaf. He went all and beyond to make sure I can test one immediately, and I settle for one. Delivery was long as they didn't had one in stock and needed to get it directly from the factory, so i got an upgrade with exactly everything negotiated with the previous model although it wasn't written down in the new contract. Olympio told me over the phone not to worry and it will all be there, and it was. He's a man of his word. I didn't get my second key on delivery but i was reassured i will have it later, which I did get so not a biggie. Again, honest about it... For a stress free environment, and have a sales person who keeps his word, go see Olympio. And yes... He blesses your car before you leave and gives you rosaries. Loved it... :) More
Woes of a loyal Nissan Customer I would like to share my very very sad experience with all of you regarding this particular servicing . I own a Nissan Rouge 2015 model and I brough I would like to share my very very sad experience with all of you regarding this particular servicing . I own a Nissan Rouge 2015 model and I brought it over in the morning at 9.30 am for its regular service on 29/04/2017 and for the seasonal change of tires from winter to all season . This was the second time I was bringing it as I had brought it over also on 22/04/2017 after booking an appointment for the same but I was told that the car tires had not been taken out so I should come back next week .I accepted this and agreed to bring my car back the next week end ( 29/04/2017 ) I handed over the car at about 9.30 am in the morning and I asked for a ride back as I had other important work to attend to .To my utter surprise the department said that there was no provision for a ride back and since the service would take an hour or so , so I could wait for it to be done . At 11.30 am after waiting for a couple of hours and not seeing any trace of my car,I went through to get information on the status of the service. There was another shock awaiting me . - THE CAR HAD STILL NOT BEEN TOUCHED AS THEY HAD STILL NOT GOT THE TIRES OUT .Well after that when I requested for the service to be completed they took another 3 hours to complete the service . I was finally handed over the car at 3.00 pm .Even then, in between when I asked them if I could go home and then come back for the car I was told that it was just going to take an hour or so I could wait for it . I was very hungry having come straight from my yoga class , had a headache , very tired after having waited so long and very very upset at this handling of a very normal service . I spoke to all the employees including the General Manager there but not one of them had any convincing answer to the way in which this service was handled . I would like to ask just 1 question - when we came in to buy the car we were shown such a rosy picture of the after sales service . Does the dealership just believe in good and efficient working just till the car is sold ? In the light of my experience this weekend , I would never recommend this dealer ship to anybodyI know as I would never wish this treatment to be meted out to them. Rajan Khanna . More
