Worst Experience and Dragging Experience Ever First of all, I received a phone call on exchange old vehicle to new ones for free. On the first day going to the dealership, I was only thinking of g First of all, I received a phone call on exchange old vehicle to new ones for free. On the first day going to the dealership, I was only thinking of getting more information on this deal. The salesman was on and off with me explaining and showing me the new vehicles for over a long time (maybe 4 hours, half the time I was waiting too). Then I was sitting with a financial manager, he explained to me all of the cost associated with the vehicle. I told him that I do not want purchase the vehicle anymore. Then he called the salesman over to his office, and also told me how the salesman was with me for a long period of time. I was pressured to purchase the vehicle at this time. I also told them about my situation that I am still a student, so I wont be able to afford it in the long run. Second, before I take the new vehicle, I had told the salesman that I do not wish to purchase the vehicle anymore second day later. He said that he will inform the financial manager, however, the manager didnot know this until the next week when I suppose to pick up the vehicle. Third, when I suppose to pick up. I arrived, and firmly told them that I donot wish to take the car. They introduced me to the manager of the office, Rahul Puri. He told me that if I do not wish to take the vehicle, I have to pay 10,000 CAD to get out of the contract which I was not aware of before. I was then forced to take the vehicle unhappy. Fourth, the salesman told me it is really easy to get out of a lease, so dont worry. I tried to sell my vehicle since day 1, and I still was not able to transfer the lease out until now (4 month into it already). I am really unhappy about this dealership and how they had pressured me to purchase such a assets with no time to think through. I had told about my situation, and they are not listening and understanding, but wanting to sell the car and build their sale records. Fifth, finally I found someone (A) who is willing to take my vehicle and we have to do the lease transfer at the dealership. The lease manager had made multiple mistakes in the contract provided to A, so that they had to go back and forth to change the document multiple time (donot know why is it so hard to make things right). Other people had to step in to get this done because the lease manager is on vacation for a period. It dragged on for over one month now for this lease transfer to be done, they told me that they are doing me a courtesy because they are not making any money for lease transfer. I dont know when I can get my lease transfer done. More
