Bad finance department Without any description of the price of the car (including the total price, warranty and how much it would come to after tax), the person in charge of Without any description of the price of the car (including the total price, warranty and how much it would come to after tax), the person in charge of the financing for our car made us sign the paper. Later on, when we found out that he charged us more than he showed us before, we asked him to cancel our purchase because he hadn’t informed us of the total price of the car and he responded by yelling and insisting that since we signed that we had to pay and didn’t even offer a cancelation fee. After negotiating with him, he charged us $300 to cancel the purchase without any proof of the cancelation on paper. I believe that as a customer looking to buy from this dealership that I was not supposed to be treated in that manner. More

durable,presentable and affordable. we found out that the2nd key was added to the cost w/c we aggreed during our negotiation not to be added. Our negotiations with accounting was misleading, there were so many additional cost like GAP , and some other charges , calculated as per day like $3 per every payment but the total amount is so expensive.. Just a comparison with our prevoius negotiation, we compare our Vehicle Agreement , the accounting details between our Altima and Rougue, we prefer the the Altima. No to much talking to mislead the buyer to get the add'l cost which is not necessary. We should pepare the next time before to deal with our next purchase. Still we are loyal to Nissan. Firdosh is good salesman , 4 out of 5.The only thing I do not like, he agreed the 2nd key was free,but it been charged. But he is easy to deal with. Still fine to negotiate with him the next time, but make it sure all clear before the final deal. More
