Save your time and money by not visiting them I bought a new 2016 rogue from them in April 2017. Ever since then I have had many experiences which ultimately led me to spend some time here - writi I bought a new 2016 rogue from them in April 2017. Ever since then I have had many experiences which ultimately led me to spend some time here - writing a review and trying to save people some valuable time by not visiting that place - full of xxxxxx (i am sorry for using such hard word,but it is true). 1. I was forced to drive my new car without any heat in month of Jan/Feb 2018 - because while replacing some part their technician forgot to connect some wires and that some other part needs to be replaced now. This was working well before any changes that they made. They did not have any courtesy to arrange a back up vehicle with heat and thus asked me to keep driving it until the part arrives. 2. Because I was hearing some noise while applying brakes, i asked them to take a look at it. My car is still under 60,000 kms end to end warranty - but they charged me 50 dollars - because it was wear and tear issue and they wont consider that under warranty. Agreed, but the issues was not with the pads but the brake gear - and hello, when you say that issue started coming after the service you guys did. 3. During my last service at 48,000 kms i was told that their technicians recommend fuel injector change (for keep getting good mileage), to which i agreed. Ever since that has been done - my car started burning more gas then ever. In 1 full tank where i was getting 450 kms easily now i am getting 350 something... I called them to report the issue and setup an appointment, to which they responded - because its tire change season we dont have anything until 1 week. So again i was told to keep driving my car with an issue that was introduced by them, for 1 more week and then they will see what the matter is. Just quoting few instances out of many bad experiences that I had. Thanks More

Extremely dissapointed Went to this dealership for oil change only. Had appointment for 9:30 am. I arrived there at 9:15. Was told that it will take 60 to 90 min. I actually Went to this dealership for oil change only. Had appointment for 9:30 am. I arrived there at 9:15. Was told that it will take 60 to 90 min. I actually took 3 hours. I asked for synthetic oil and was charged for that. Then soon after I left the dealership I looked at the sticker and I saw that it showed to be changed after 5 000 km instead of 8 000 which is normal for synthetic oil. I did not have time to go back because thanks to the 3 hours wait I was going to be late for work. How do I know that kind of oil did they actually used? So I called customer service. When I explained the situation the person who answered he said that the vehicle now requires the change of oil to be done at 5 000 km instead of 8 000km without asking me what model is the car and what year. By the way is Nissan Rogue 2016. When I demanded an explanation on that statement he told me to hold on and then came back telling me that o yes it should be changed at 8 000km. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I told him I want this problem fixed, and he took my phone number with the promise to call back. Nobody called. The service there I find very expensive , non professional and with no consideration of customer's time, I would not recommend it to anyone. More

highly recomended We started off by looking on line for a Nissan Murano ,and found one on line at 401 dixie Nissan.We live in the Windsor area and told them we would li We started off by looking on line for a Nissan Murano ,and found one on line at 401 dixie Nissan.We live in the Windsor area and told them we would like some sort of deal in trading our vehicle and buying their Murano, within a hour a deal was done over the phone.My wife and I drove down on saturday and the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty.The hostess showed us around and intrduced us to the manager and our sales rep Zubair ,the manager told us to relax and go have lunch on him and when we came back the car had a big red bow on it ,wow what a great surprise.I am 67 years young and have bought many vehicles in the past but I have never had such fantastic service where from the second you drive in till the moment you drive out in your new car.I highly recommend 401 Dixie Nissan to everyone ,as far as I am concerned there is not a better dealership any where. Engagement with Sales (Craig) On 31st of August I met with Craig for the first time with prior appointment booking. We had 3 hours long discussion on the deal (which went beyond business hours), entire discussion was around the numbers (I drove the same trim for 2.5 years in Dubai, so I didn’t want to take the test drive, I was already sold on the car, it was just that getting me the right deal). Craig helped with good deal (NOT best though as I stretched my budget a lot, but honestly it wasn’t his fault.) On contrary he helped / convinced me to starch the budget as I wanted the same trim! J Craig is an asset to the company. Joly, polite and to the point always. 5 star for his job. C. After Sales: Here are my concerns, I was asked to sign at least 10 papers that includes what all things I have declined (like I declined extended warranty and other add – ons), I had to sign multiple times lease numbers on which deal can be closed, etc. I respect that as your process, BUT my concern is you do not have a single page document which states that what all documents customer needs to bring at the time of delivery?? Surprising. I asked proactively that what all documents should I bring, on the revert from business manager I got one line response “ Void cheque in your name Down payment/ licencing, will be taken here by your card” After that I sent another mail asking don’t you need insurance paper and my personalized plate details? And he reverted “ Yes insurance confirmation and the licencing is done by the lic department. What we will do is you bring the plates tomorrow and I will transfer it on Tuesday.” So you want me to sign all the documents, you want me to give my credit card even before giving deal so that you can trust customer, but you do not want to give a list of document in simple word or mail format as document check list? And even after asking multiple times, I get multiple mails to bring different docs (pls refer above highlighted responses) I was not informed why do you need VOID cheque, on the day of delivery I came to know that my installment will be direct bank debit and it can not be direct credit card debit. I was not informed about Nissan “Lease Secure” add-on, later on the date of delivery it was explained by different business manager and I declined to opt for it. I was given wrong Lien Holder address, I had to get it changed from my insurance and submit to business manager again. (this could have been avoided) From day one I told that I want my own name plate which I already have in possession (pls refer above highlighted response from business manager – which means he acknowledged that he is aware of my personal plate and he would get it transferred on Tuesday (THE DAY of vehicle DELIVERY)). NOW today I got email from him stating “You took the original ownership by mistake. To transfer your number, I need to return the previous number. Drop it as soon as you can” ,— I feel offended because at first place you didn’t deliver the car with my plate on Tuesday as you committed, and secondly I didn’t take any paper from you intentionally. It was you who gave me all the papers after all verifications and following up the process. Rather you should write, by mistake we handed over original to you and we will get it collected from your home. There is no tariff sheet available which shows charges for all weather mats, tinting, and many other things that I wanted to know on the day of the deal. Nobody has responded yet to my mail in which I asked “Pls confirm tinting (as per Ontario standard max allowed limit is 30% - Pls confirm the same and I would like to have tinting as per maximum allowed limit for front doors) On contrary, I gave all my details and docs in single email which was detailed and complete to get the ball rolling. I paid all the payments on time. It wasn’t a pleasant experience after closing deal with Craig. More
