I felt like I was a genuine priority. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all the services that Kia provides its customers. I did not feel pressured or unsure about anything and he had no problem answering ALL of my questions. He was very patient and even came in on a day off in order for me to pick up my car before the weekend. I truly feel like he went above and beyond my expectations of a sales representative. I have bought 7 cars in the last 9 years, and let me tell that you folks "BY FAR" exceeded my expectations. I was in the market for a smaller car as i already have a Honda Pilot and a Honda CRV. I looked at offerings from Audi, BMW, Lexus and Subaru. Once we test drove the Sorento, we were thoroughly pleased. A big part of customer experience comes with the service after the product is sold. Time and time again, we were always left with feeling that something was missing when we would drop by for oil changes, etc.. For this specific reason, I am taking my time on this and would like to tell you how I felt. ( and let me add, in 10 years , this is the first time I am taking the time to do this) A big, big thank you to Amit Sharma for his professional attitude and infinite patience. He came along with us on 4 test drives on 4 different vehicles ! Also a big thank you to Chad for making the deal go thru and staying way past 6 PM that evening. I would also thank Melissa for staying late to complete the paper-work. This is the first time I have bought a KIA, and my first impressions are very good on the vehicle. To be honest, I have yet to find a quirk or a "wish list" of features on the vehicle. A small portion of my work involves interacting with end-users and I know good customer service when I see it. I would like to also let Kia Corporate know that you folks are doing a great job, not just with the cars but with the customer service as well. First the car was supposed to be ready @ 1:00 PM they thought 5:00PM even though I had phoned @ 10:00AM and told them we were coming at 1:00PM. When we got there at 1:00PM our salesman didn't show up fo thought 5:00PM even though I had phoned @ 10:00AM and told them we were coming at 1:00PM. When we got there at 1:00PM our salesman didn't show up for another 20 minutes thus making us wait. The car then had to be brought in and given a quick cleaning while we waited. I now notice the inside windows were not done properly. The car had to be taken to a gas station and filled while we waited some more. The next day I found plastic still wrapped around the positive post on the battery. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again! More

She hand picked which sales rep I should deal with, and she was accurate in her decision once again. Johnny Arcangel was very easy to deal with, knew about the features of the vehicle I was considering, and with zero pressure to purchase. I am happy to say that I ended up purchasing a 2012 Sportage, and could not be happier with my decision. The vehicle has all the features I required, and then some. Customer Service is at the forefront of this dealership, and it shows, as every time I have to go for service, I am welcomed warmly, which is greatly appreciated. Not only did they get my sale, but my mother returned to purchase a 2012 Rondo the same day. I cannot say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Debra and Johnny ( as well as Melissa in finance, who was a HUGE help ), they have earned my business, and will continue to in the forseeable future. Google this dealer, and the same names connected to the dealership appear to re appear. How a sales agreement can be figuratively ripped up because the dealer changed its mind due to their oversight is incomprehensible. The licensing agency OMVIC can’t even help you in this case since it turns into a civil suit. Guess car contracts that are “binding” doesn’t mean “binding” in Ontario, Canada? The brand has really taken off in recent years, especially with the design genius of Peter Schreyer from Audi heritage. It’s unfortunate if Kia Motors Company doesn’t implement a better dealer guideline where an owner is expected to at minimal follow contract law. With dealerships such as 401 Dixie Kia, will the automotive sales industry ever lose its “icky” side? Caveat Emptor More

My wife and I have purchased two Kia vehicles from this dealership (401 Dixie Kia). The vehichles themselves (Rondo and Rio5) are absolutely fantastic and we love them. However, the employees, managers included really leave much to be desired. Everyone was great up front, really nice and helpful, until the deal was signed and we got the vehicles. With the vehicles we purchased some extras, floor mats, paint sticks, etc... It has been over two months and we are still trying to get these items. We were originally told by Jordan that it would take 3 or 4 days for the items to come in, but that he would call when they did. After a week I called, to which he said it might take another week. After a few weeks he would not take our calls or return our messages. Michelle, one of the managers, who guarenteed she would get this fixed has not. Another manager, Adam, who I was able to speak with last week guarenteed them for the following Monday. Of course Monday he was unavailable all day, didnt return calls etc. This dealership has proven a nightmare for us and I highly recommend any other Kia dealership over this one. As a summary for those who do not need the descriptive passage above: - purchased two new Kia 2011 vehicles from this dealership - staff helpful until you pick up the car - never return calls or deliver on what they say - Over two months and they are still giving us the run around Highly highly do not recommend anyone purchase from this dealership.
