Poor customer satisfaction methods. Had work performed on my vehicle that was clearly a recall warranted service since Jody told me this was the second time it’s happened. After paying almost $1000 I was told I can not get my money back and I am now worried knowing it’s going to happen again and when it does I guess I’m expected to pay yet again.. terrible method for customer retention my family intended to purchase more vehicles from these guys but after this they will no longer be doing that. Absolutely Thorough As I approached the service desk, Steve greeted me almost immediately. This visit was prompted by a routine oil change and a sensor light that had app As I approached the service desk, Steve greeted me almost immediately. This visit was prompted by a routine oil change and a sensor light that had appeared on the dashboard a few days earlier. Steve initially performed a visual vehicle inspection and confirmed my suspicion that I would soon need a new set of tires. During the oil change, Devanne escorted me into the garage where Anthony, the mechanic, explained a number of difficulties that prevented him from conducting certain tests to evaluate the reason for the sensor light. We determined to clear the sensor and make a return appointment if the sensor goes off again. My car was soon returned to me, nice and clean after a wash, and I was on my way. Thank you to Devanne and the entire service team for a very thorough job! Well done! More
