Every visit to this location has been stressful and disappointing. First they lost my newly purchased tires so I had to wait an additional week to have them put in. When I came in for the install I wai disappointing. First they lost my newly purchased tires so I had to wait an additional week to have them put in. When I came in for the install I waited over 5 hours even though the service associate knew I was in the waiting room. My most recent visit today , they did not have my tires ready even though I called a week in advance. The sales associate Prabh was very kind to me throughout the process today and I appreciate his quick communication and willingness to help, however It has been very frustrating every time with the faulty systems in place as always loosing my tires and never prepared for my service visit. More
